Funeral Arrangements for Ms. Nikki

Heaven gained a new angel yesterday as we said goodbye to our dear friend Nikki Crotts Blake.

Services will be held at Eaton's Funeral Service in Mocksville on Tuesday, 7/2:

1:00 - 2:00 Visitation

2:00 Funeral Service

 

Burial will follow at Dutchman Creek Baptist off of Hwy 801 in Mocksville.

Mrs. Lavada "Nikki" Angell Crotts Blake

BLAKE
MOCKSVILLE – Mrs. Lavada “Nikki” Angell Crotts Blake, 76, of Tom Crotts Lane, died Sunday, June 30, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born Jan. 8, 1937, in Davie County, to the late A. Hiawatha and Dewey Nannie Nichols Angell.
Mrs. Blake was a volunteer of many organizations and was an avid gardener. She loved her church and her family very much.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie Harding Crotts; a son, Jackie Dale Crotts; two sisters, Bessie Sechrest and Irene Bostian; and three brothers, Paul, Cecil and Wiley Angell.
Survivors include 4 sons, Ronald Joe Crotts (Shelby Bradford), Steve Crotts (Jayne), all of Mocksville, Frank Crotts (Bonnie) of Lewisville and Bill Crotts (Freda) of Mocksville; 11 grandchildren, Shane Crotts (Tina), Brent Crotts (Kathy), Adam Crotts (Megan), Shana Crotts (Taylor), Tommie Lowdermilk (Will), Chasity Harpe (Daniel), Amber Crotts (Matthew), Cody Crotts (Ashley), Brian West (Jaclyn), Shawn West and Jesse Crotts; two sisters, Mabel Couch of Mocksville and Gilma Goodman of Concord; a brother, Dodd Angell of Bremerton, WA; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, at Eaton Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Billy Louya officiating. Interment will follow in Dutchman Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service. They request that memorials be considered for American Red Cross, NWNC Chapter, 690 Coliseum Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27106; A Storehouse For Jesus, 675 E. Lexington Road, Mocksville, NC 27028; or Davie Pregnancy Care Center, 129 E Depot St., Ste. 200, Mocksville, NC 27028-2477.
